Surge like a fountain, riptide. Fourish like a fountain, inside.

I've been looking for affordable and good quality marble printed clothes for almost 2 years now; the only ones I found were either Balenciaga, Jil Sander *not. can. afford.* (and not in stock anyway) or very badly printed.
But recently, thanks to tumblr I found this collaboration between the webshops Playtype and Soulland that used the prints of the artist Susan Arnild. I'm very satisfied of the quality, and it's washeable in the washmachine! --> Biggest fashionista problem solved.
My wallet suffered a little since I bought both a shirt and the sweater above.

Apart from that, spring is finally arriving in Stockholm. Even though I love winter and snow, I feel that the return of light and temperatures above zero gave me a lot more energy than I had these last months. I hops I'll do something productive of it this year.

Nomad

I was a bit sad to see spring coming and all the snow melting because I haven't had time to take pictures of the snowy nature this winter and... tada! Thursday the snow came back just for one day, so I took my camera with me to the University and took some pictures at the campus. I'm now done with winter, let the leaves grow and the animals mate!

(Speaking of photography, if you're in a sad period of your life, I'd advice you to do something creative daily. Accomplishing something will give you joy and energy to deal with what bothers you, and move on. I lost my ambitions and self-esteem lately, the results of studying and photography is what gave me a slap in the face by showing me that there are things I'm good at (if I put effort in it) and I should stop waisting my time.
This might sound like obvious but I just wanted to share that advice, given the fact that I've seen many talented people in my age stagnate lately because they're in a bad phase and can't get out of it.)

Okay, so back to the fashun bloggin', here I am wearing :

lol. *leavin' this planet, bye!*

As you can see, I had fun taking the pictures for this post haha. I found this silver gel in a cheap goth/emo shop in Stockholm and thought I'd try it, expecting no good results (remember the metallic gels we used to put on as kids...), but it looked pretty well!

"A forest of thorns shall be his tomb, borne through the skies on a fog of doom!"

I went out taking pictures of this look and found myself in an environment that reminded me a lot of Sleeping Beauty; at least the scenes where Maleficent is present. Then I realized I quite looked like a Lord of Hell myself with my black clothes and winged bag.
My taste in clothes has gone back to this little more minimalistic and black outfits that focuses on shapes and materials and I think I got partially inspired by the trailers of Maleficent (*leather and long black cape*) which I'm looking forward to see since she was one of my favorite villains as a child; together with Cruela De Vil.
Anyway it's funny and also a little scaring to see how strongly we are influenced by the things we see in medias.
